Xypex Megamix I
Xypex Megamix I is a thin parge‐coat blend of Portland cement, treated silica sand, fibers, proprietary chemicals, and Xycrylic Admix, designed for waterproofing and resurfacing vertical concrete or masonry surfaces. Applied by brush or trowel up to 10 mm thickness, it integrates Xypex’s crystalline technology to form a dense, bonded barrier that resists moisture ingress. Whether used as a stand‑alone rendering, a cap coat over Xypex Concentrate, or as a finished architectural surface, Megamix I delivers exceptional adhesion and durability.
