1-Part Pourable Sealant is a moisture-curing, self-levelling sealant designed for use in pitch pans and warranted ChemCurb®/E-Curb® penetration seals. Suitable for damp, dry, or cold climates, it delivers long-lasting performance in a wide range of construction and roofing applications.
This high-performance pourable sealant is solvent-free, contains no isocyanates, and will not shrink during curing. Unlike many urethane sealants, it will not out-gas or bubble when applied to damp surfaces. Its resilient elastomeric properties provide excellent adhesion to most common construction materials, while its low durometer allows for greater movement accommodation within penetration seals.
Designed to perform in challenging site conditions, 1-Part Pourable Sealant cures at temperatures as low as 0°C and provides a durable, flexible seal that stands up to demanding environments.
