Mic Ewart brings more than 22 years of waterproofing and construction experience to his role as QLD State Manager. Joining Bayset as a Territory Manager for Geebung, Mic has since held several positions with the business including VIC State Sales Manager, National BDM and QLD State Operations Manager. Known for his practical leadership approach and strong customer focus, Mic has played a key role in strengthening service, supporting teams and expanding Bayset’s presence across multiple states.
